Seems like everyone is looking for a foreclosure these days.  I just did an MLS search of Petal to see what properties have shown up for sale since the beginning of September.  Believe it or not, one of them is right down the road from me in Longleaf Acres subdivision of Petal.  It is 104 Springwood Drive, 3 bedroom 2 bath, sunroom, office, over an acre of fenced back yard, and located on a cul-de-sac priced at $186,000.00 with 2200sq. feet  (MOL). You will need to type in the grey box MLS # 87060 (numbers only) and hit enter. Now you should notice just below the box that MLS number is up.  Just look to the bottom of the page and click on view listing. This will bring up the home and all the information.  Click the blue MLS numbe beside the picture and this should bring up all the details and pictures of the property.  You can also edit this search to fit what you are looking for and search our entire local MLS!

And lastly, the home at 237 Macedonia Rd. in Petal is a foreclosure and has been listed for a few weeks.  It is approx 1600 sq feet, 3bedroom 2bath and listed at 102,900.00.
